Effective date: 1 November 2026. By using Astavya you agree to these terms.

The Service

Astavya provides Vedic astrology tools, a Nepali calendar, muhurat timings, horoscopes and a marketplace to connect users with independent astrologers. The service is operated by NxtWave AI Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
• One account per person unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of the Service

You may use Astavya for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not:

• Scrape, automate or bulk-download astrological data.
• Resell or redistribute Astavya content without written permission.
• Use the service to harass, threaten or deceive others.
• Share another person's birth data without their consent.

Astrologer Marketplace

Astrologers on Astavya are independent contractors, not employees of NxtWave AI. We verify claimed credentials as stated on each profile page but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all claims. Consultations are for guidance and reflection, not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Payments and Refunds

Report payments are one-time purchases. Consultation bookings may be refunded according to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking (typically full refund if cancelled >24 hours before, 50% refund 6–24 hours before, no refund within 6 hours). Disputes can be raised within 7 days of a consultation.

Content

Astrological interpretations on Astavya are traditional perspectives for reflection. They are not predictions and do not constitute professional advice. Planetary positions are computed from real astronomy and are accurate to within a fraction of a degree. The meanings attached are tradition, not science.

Limitation of Liability

Astavya and NxtWave AI are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological information. The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
